When is Re-Fraction applicable?
Re-Fraction is applicable when SDS-PAGE is used for protein separation prior to tryptic digestion.
What do you need for using Re-Fraction
You will need to analyze data using MaxQuant: link.
The "peptides.txt" file output by MaxQuant is required as input.
The fasta database that was used for protein identification is required. This database need to be extracted by using "extractDatabase". See below the step-by-step example for details.
