altPreso is on the way towards its first official release. Mean while, you can check out the latest project source code from svn repository:
svn checkout http://altpreso.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ altpreso
or, you can download altpreso-latest.tar.gz or altpreso-latest.zip. I will try to keep them up-to-date.
