A package to transform time-series telemetry data stream into frequency-series (likely using FFT).
This idea is to get the "fingerprint" of telemetry stream periodicities (i.e. frequencies). The hypothesis is that this fingerprint could represent, in some sense, an identifiable development "process" element.
