Project Twits - What? Why? (Source: Wiki>AboutTwits)
I have created this as I dislike having to constantly open a browser and login and then click a section to focus on so I can write and then press a submit button. Pretty easy to do, yes but if I don"t have to... Why should I?
Beyond just being lazy, I hope I or the community can help me eventually turn this in to more then just a status updater but perhaps eventually obtain all latest updates (Ability to choose how many results), have a "Friends List" so you can send messages to them with ease and eventually also setup a local profile system for your friends to have basic details about them and their Cell # if you"d like to SMS them to check updates or just have that alternate update/chatting feature.
All in all, I have much planned for this to make this as a alternative to using a browser.
