Wp-Reciprocal-Links is a reciprocal links manager.. It is easy to use and it has a nice web2.0 interface.
When a visitor submit a link, the plugin send an e-mail telling you the details of the submission.
Then, in the admin interface, you can, with a simple drag&drop, approve or delete the links.
