NetOracle is a Real-time AI program that uses the web to answer questions.
The program will search the web using the yahoo API to find relevant sites. It then extracts the relevant parts from the webpages. It uses NLTK (www.nltk.org) to perform some NLP tasks such as chunking, tagging on that text so it can be used to generate a semantic model.
