DeskBling dynamically creates a desktop wallpaper at regular time intervals. It is simply a gnome tray-based Wallpaper Clock runner at the moment.
Currently themes are found in ~/.wallpaperclock/ For each theme you must create a subdirectory and unzip the .wcz file into it.
An obvious todo is support compressed themes. When I can confirm this program has (>2) users, I"ll do that. :)
