ArcanOS is a hobby learning operating system developed for no major purpose other than for its own sake. It has some basic roots in various teaching operating systems available on the web, but is for the most part an exercise in developing an operating system from scratch. Its value to others, except possibly for learning or to help other hobbyists along, is questionable at best.
