This functionality and associated documentation describes how to setup a RIF-CS data provider for harvesting by ANDS and was developed during the Biogrid Australia Limited Data Capture project undertaken in collaboration with the University of Melbourne in 2011.
There are three resources comprising this functionality:
A script for converting output from the Biogrid IBM Infosphere system into the required metadata format for harvest to Research Data Australia.
The OAICat data provider web application.
The BioGrid datasource configuration for Research Data Australia (for use by the OAI Harvester).
