READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING:
Always double check what iSync wants to change/add/delete! There is a nasty bug regarding syncing contacts. I have yet been able to fix this issue as it appears to be very random. If iSync tells you that it wants to change more than 5% of the contacts on your computer and wants to delete a couple of contacts even though you haven’t deleted any in your phone; DO NOT SYNC. You will erase a majority your contacts and your phone contacts will get erased in next sync and if you haven’t backed it all up somewhere they will be gone forever.
