TEST SMP KERNEL NOW WORKING....
will implement in a couple of releases time hopefully,
as want to work out some little ipc problems.
mm_server executing programs again.
ram disk server completly re-written and now undergoing some tests.
vfs still unstable although better than it was, hopefully ramdisk
tests will sort out the problems.
was going to link tty server with vfs, but for now leaving this so
i can work out other problems.
current sending printf direct to tty. need to fix this
