SCoPE (Systemic Computation Platform and Environment) is a platform that has been developed and can be used for research on systemic computation. It contains a compiler for SC programs, a command line virtual machine, a light GUI virtual machine, a full GUI virtual machine with a visualiser framework for the on-line visualisation of models, and an artificial neural networks application.
The distribution also contains models of genetic algorithms, artificial neural networks, artificial organism, bistable gene network, MAPK cascade and fire spreading.
