Holiday manager is web-based system that will allow staff to request leave, which is then either approved or rejected by their designated manager.
Managers will be able to quickly see any holiday clashes within the organisation to assist them in making a decision.
HR users are able to set holiday entitlement for each member of staff, and also add additional days (i.e carrying over from previous year, or extra days awarded).
Once approved, the system will email out a calendar invite to the member of staff, marking them as "out of the office"
The system allows for a single sign on, by using usernames and passwords from your existing email system, so users don"t have another password to remember. There is also the ability to import users from active directory.
Note: I"m not a web developer, the last time I did any web work was many many years ago. Code is horrible, I know. But the system works, and manages holiday bookings like I needed it to.
