A tool for synthesizing single- and multi-qubit quantum circuits based on the paper http://http://arxiv.org/abs/1206.0758. The primary purpose is for exact circuit synthesis over the Clifford group and T gates, but there also exists support for the synthesis of approximation circuits. The code could be modified to support other gate sets as well.
