This provides a double-clickable icon for many command line programs, especially ones used in phylogenetics. It allows people to start programs already installed on their system (r8s, brownie, paup) that require an input file and perhaps input flags.
You"re welcome to join the project to help make it better. It was first created as an interface for my command line program brownie, then extended for the Bodega Bay Workshop in Applied Phylogenetics, now made even more general. Send an email to omeara.brian@gmail.com.
