As an IT company gets larger, getting to know who knows what becomes hard. This project will create a capability database where each person will record tools and tecniques used with their durations and if applicable versions. Therefore when one needs to find someone who knows something, it will be just a simple search away. In addition, the tool will enable manually creating a team that will have all the required capabilities for a project.
