基于JQuery开发的一个控件，比较适合于进行分组选择。
1，可以方便的通过Ajax获取数据或者通过函数取得静态数据；
2，有动态提示选择窗口。

修改了若干Bug,增加了一些功能：
1,添加编辑状态开关，GS接受传入参数可以进行编辑;
2,添加显示组信息开关,可以同步取得组信息;
3,添加是否可以选取不同组下的选项开关,以适应多种情况。
