The project aims to design a network which facilitates to get solutions for the doubts and queries raised by the user of the network. The users have their individual accounts through which they could raise or accept Tickets. A Ticket may be regarding a complaint, suggestion, problem or a doubt. A ticket for a specific problem with its solution will be updated to a db finally.
