Movement: Halbird selects a corner of the battle arena and attempts to move there via random movement. Once there, it will attempt to move along the edges of the battle field at random.
Targeting: This robot attempts to limit the range of vision it must scan by moving to a corner of the battlefield. It then targets the closest robot.
Firing: As soon as Halbird detects another robot, it fires at that robot.
