MizuOnegai is a Robocode robot the implements a very simple strategy.
Movement: It attempts to find an enemy robot and follows it until it or the enemy is destroyed.
Targeting: Spins rader to find enemy and keeps track of who it follows in the case of a melee style battle.
Firing: When it approaches another robot, it fires at max power when it is right next to it.
Vulnerabilities: Because MizuOnegai is relatively aggressive, it does not make any attempt to avoid any robots, nor does it attempt to predict where the bullets will be fired. It also does not modify bullet power depending on the distance between the enemy.
