RastaBot is a Robocode robot that implements the following strategy
Movement: It moves the same way as Walls does except it goes counter-clockwise. The only time it moves differently is if it gets hit by a bullet or touches an enemy.
Targeting: The radar does not move at all. The gun only moves once it reaches the first wall in that round. It scans the enemy while it moves along the walls.
Firing: It fires max power depending on the distance between the enemy and RastaBot. If not, it won"t fire at all.
