WayFarer is a Robocode robot implementing the following strategy:
Movement: WayFarer moves side-to-side along an access. If it gets hit by a bullet, it changes axis by turning 90 degrees.
Targeting: WayFarer continuously scans for enemies as it traverses its current axis.
Firing: WayFarer fires directly at the scanned enemy, but fires its gun at every other turn so it doesn"t waste much of its power.
Vulnerabilities: WayFarer can"t track enemies or predict where an enemy is going towards when firing a bullet.
