generik

Generik is my set of toolkit functions, which I use in almost every one of my hobby projects. It has a nifty set of uncomplicated tracing routines, useful shortcuts, macros and functions for interfacing with gtk, x, databases (sqlite/postgres), sockets and streams, gstreamer, threads, dynamic libraries and so on. This is not a library. Nor will it ever produce a .so, .a, .lib, .dll or anything like that. It is not meant to. It is not even meant to have a static API, since each project will have its own requirements. The user is meant to include generik headers as they are needed, modify them to be more applicable, and generally abuse them until they do the job. Therefore this repository of the generik code will serve more like a place to store my accumulated tools, rather than as a project webspace.
