What world problem are you concerned about?
As the world’s population continues to grow—our resources shrink. Currently, it is said that the average “American” spends 34 hours/week in a car, while people in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area spend nearly 82 hours/week in their cars (1).
Inevitably, a lot of that time goes to finding PARKING. Although there are many alternatives to cutting down the amount of time we waste finding parking, identifying a solution which could cut down that time is not something only Americans would benefit from.
Why is this problem important?
Although many argue alternatives exist, such as, carpooling, bicycle’s, public transport, or the stone age “pair of feet”; Countries such as China and India are only getting started into what will be a parking frenzy.
