This project translates the ns3 tutorial and user manual into Chinese. The ns3 documentation is maintained in GNU Texinfo (http://www.gnu.org/software/texinfo/). However the Chinese support for Texinfo is poor. This projects produces a compatible translated Chinese version for easy maintenance. This produced documentation will be submitted to NS3 project (http://www.nsnam.org/tutorials.html).
