Emergency Management Training System : Emergency management training system provides the user with critical training to prepare him in case of an emergency. Following is a brief of requirements for this system: Consider a computer aided Computer Management Training System (EMTS). Users can train as both Field officers and as Dispatchers. The system provides different levels for the users which are in increasing difficulty. On receiving a crisis call or encountering an urgent situation, the Call Taker or Field Officer uses an access device and creates a task by capturing vital details e.g. its type, time, urgency, resource required, description etc. Once a task is created, the task map is updated to reflect the newly created task. A Dispatcher has a responsibility of allocating requested resources to the emergency tasks. A Dispatcher can view a list of un-dispatched tasks, the current states of all its Resources, and dispatches a resource by issuing commands
