This toolkit allows users to extend the phrase extraction algorithm.
We identify key control points, that can manipulate the behavior of the algorithm, and users can extend this algorithm by implementing different behaviors for these key points.
Ultimately, the goal of this toolkit is to provide to the translation community a practical tool to research the phrase extraction process.
