El Nombre del Proyecto Tiene Origen en el Ave Vanellus Chilensis o Más Conocido como Tero.
Ya que esta ave habita en gran parte de Argentina se decidió utilizar su nombre ya que comparte muchas de las caracterÃsticas que buscamos en este nuevo navegador, que sea ligero, pequeño, bonito y que cumpla con su función ser un navegador web con funciones integradas que en otro navegadores hay que añadir mediante extensiones y/o plugins.
