When you use some tools to convert various formats to ePub, they can incorrectly set the dc:language property in the ePub descriptor file. This results in an unpleasant "Dictionary not available for this language" error when trying to use the dictionary feature of iBooks.
This script fixes one or multiple files by setting their language property to the one provided (English by default). It also creates backup copies of original files before modification.
