SiteGeist
is a plugin-based content manager, which allows users to easily create websites using a plethora plugin-derived components. The system is currently under construction. The core system is uses the a simple in use, yet highly flexible tagging system, which are heavily used by the in-house plugins when dealing with content management and navigation menus. The core system should be released by the end of the year and should contain the following features:
* The core system includes a model which allows the creation of simple tag-driven sites.
SiteGeist is preconfigured to work using the grid based baseline HTML5/CSS3 framework. Advanced users can configure SiteGeist to operate with any CSS template/framework. A system "for dummies" is in the works allowing WYSIWYG site design which will include several site templates. Editor support however will be limited to the frameworks of the design teams choosing.
