Open Regedit and go to ;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon
**copy wswcloop.exe to "C:Program FilesVMwareVMware ViewClientinwswc.exe" folder or put it in the %PATH%**
add wswc.exe path in %PATH%
Change Shell from explorer.exe to the new shell path and the Windows Scripting command
"C:Program FilesVMwareVMware ViewClientinwswcloop.exe"
