Code to demonstrate advantages of the Bayesian Geostatistical protocol for data weighting and performing inversion when multiple data sources are present.
The code herein provides some linear forward models and an example tester. For the most part, it is relatively inefficiently coded, and does not take advantage of some very nice extensions to geostatistical theory that allow inversions with millions of unknowns and large datasets.
For further guidance or collaboration on applying Bayesian Geostatistical methods to your problem with more advanced code, please contact me! I enjoy applying such methods to large-scale problems and/or discussing research advances that may be necessary to apply them in particular applications. (Michael.Cardiff@gmail.com & cardiff@wisc.edu)
