uighur localization and customization of phpbb project Uighur localization of phpBB3 released!!! We are proudly announce that Uighur localization of phpBB3 forum system is now come to initial release. The system is in a usable shape now. All the front end and including user control penal and moderator control penal are translated. Both prosilver and subsilver2 styles are adjusted to proper Uighur font and installed Yulghun web input system and all image-set has been localized as well. We hope at least the admins of those site using this code have a good English knowledge as users and moderators does not have to at that time.
