Creates an installer for php applications.
Easy to use simply put the file into the directory you wish to pack into an installer, select the root directory and the name of the installer file then specifiy witch file should be redirected to after the installer has been executed.
The installer file that is created by phpPacker stores all files in compressed state all packed into one php file. When the installer is executed it simply unpacks the files and redirects to the next file for example index.php.
