This is a project for those who want to create their own PHP framework, but would like a template to start with.
The template includes libraries for creating an MVC or Non-MVC style framework as well as ORM (object-relational-mapping), unit-testing, templates with themes, and a customizable code generation scripts for creating a scaffolding or individual components.
