The aim of this add-on is to provide the administrator with an interface to fetch inactive users and act on them, for example send an email or delete from the site.
This add-on requires Phpfox v2.0 or newer. It was developed under v2.0.6.

Phpfox IS NOT open source.
I am providing here only the files related to my add-on which I release licensed under the GNU General Public License, ergo open source but this covers only this add-on.
