PHP Open EMI Echonest

Built on PHP Echonest API (https://github.com/bshaffer/php-echonest-api). This code caches EMI sandboxes to mysql databases so that the sandboxes can be easily accessed, searched, and interact with echonest API. It includes some brief examples on what you can do once it"s up and running.
