Static (not JIT) python-to-binary compiler.
Usage:
python 2C.py options SOURCE.py
produced output
_c_SOURCE.c
_c_SOURCE.so (or c\_SOURCE.dll)
Need C compiler (identity to compiler building CPython).
Benchmark:
