meep4py provides a flexible, high-level python interface for meep, it consists of three parts:
1) libmeep4py, it is based on the project "python-meep-launchpad".
2) libctl4py, it is a python wrapper around libctl, which provides routines to manipulate geometric objects.
3) meep4py, it provides more flexible ultilies for scripting of meep-simulation with python.
