ideployer is an automation utility for Java-based web application deployment. It is mainly targeted to deploy war(web archive) file to the Apache Tomcat servers.
MOTIVATION:
Easy to use and easy to configure the deployment environment
Instantly deploy a web application to a group of different servers at once
At pre-determined intervals, execute registered scenarios(including several ssh/sftp/internal commands) using the internal scheduler
Remotely, control and monitor a group of Tomcat servers
