This open source project aims at building a JAVA API and library to help the implementation of the Earth Observation Profile of the OGC Sensor Planning Service (SPS). This EO-SPS profile is defined by the European Space Agency (ESA) within the HMA project.
This library will provide implementers with an easy to use set of classes for parsing and writing task messages, feasibility studies, and acquisition status for space-borne optical and radar earth observation instruments.
This project was initiated by Spot Image and relies on the OWS Service Framework, also on Google Code.
