The JBandwidth Logger is a Java implementation of a bandwidth monitor and logger for Windows XP, Vista and 7. It requires WinPcap 4.1.1 (included in the Downloads section or at http://www.winpcap.org/) as well as Java Runtime Environment 1.6 (also in the Downloads section or at http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp).
