 The implementation requires a clear understanding of the system software running on the PC  The text editor will be designed using Java  Since the implementation being on high level languages, the area of clipboard will be limited to the programming language’s variable length capabilities, Unless other wise implemented to store in a file.  The Copy and paste features will be able to handle only plain text and not images and tables(table data Inclusive)  The text editor will have a clear Graphical user menu which will enable the user to carry out his actions without much of ambiguity  Due to implementation challenges and time crunches the text editor will not involve other text editor features like formatting text etc.
