基于VC++6.0的JPEG压缩编码 有自己编写的Huffman查表 写jpeg文件等函数.可以完成标准256*256图的bmp到jpg的压缩,其生成的jpg图片可以用画图软件打开.暂时未完成像素没有16对齐的图片压缩.-VC++6.0 based on the JPEG compression Huffman coding which has its own look-up table prepared to write jpeg files, and so function Can complete the standard 256* 256 map bmp to jpg compression, the resulting jpg images can be opened with Paint software. Not yet completed pixel of the image is not compressed 16-aligned.
