Insert microSD into your Raspberry PI without soldering or size increase.
I attached Gerber files so you can send it to http://oshpark.com/ or some other prototyping service. Where they will made you the PCBs.
The connector is 1686452 or 1344008 on farnell and capacitor should be ~100nF.
Overall part cost(PCB + connector) should be arround $6.
The project is open source for commercial and non-commercial use
