We will modify the routines from the Roms tools package, which allows pre- and post-processing of the numerical model ROMS_AGRIF so it can run in Octave (not the plots and GUI part, yet). Roms_tools is currently designed to be used with Matlab. Funded by Fondecyt 11080245 (Chile)
