This application converts recursive the encodings of title, artist and album ID3 tags, of Your music files from the folder You choose from windows-1251 encoding to utf-8. In case the tags will be in utf-8 encoding, it will not be changed.
My solition works with wxPython and eyed3 modules. So you should install it.
