Scotch is a developer-friendly functional programming language. Scotch combines a dynamic, weak type system and readable syntax with functional features. Scotch supports first-class functions and partially applied functions, pattern matching, and significant whitespace which designates function/variable scope. Intended to provide a fast, developer-friendly functional scripting language with increased productivity similar to object-oriented languages Python and Ruby. Active Scotch development has moved to GitHub. This repository no longer receives updates.
