Just download latest release (http://code.google.com/p/verysmallforumforgae/downloads/list)
1) Change your admin user in main.py file:
class Acluser:
__admin__ = [ "admin google login 1", "admin google login 2" ] - not e-mail, only login
admins could be also added from Dashboard
2) edit app.yaml: application: small-forum #change it to your app name
and
3) upload: $python appcfg.py update forum
