CLI based utility for tracking the amount of time spent on individual tasks. Allows for commenting and some limited reporting at this point. Originally written with the intention for it to work on any Linux/BSD based OS until it was found that the BSD version of date lacked a key option. It is now being re-written in Python to account for this.
